The Global Vascular Guidelines on CLTI reached consensus in categorizing patients according to WIfI and GLASS. With time more results are reported. In this study from Japan (412 patients, 481 limbs), bypass surgery performed better than EVT with IM P1 disease, but both options were feasible P0 disease.
